- Binding Arbitration: Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration body in accordance with its consumer-related rules. The arbitration will be limited to the dispute between you and COM-PAD only and cannot be joined with other claims or arbitrated on a class-action basis.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and COM-PAD.
- Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that part will be removed or edited, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Any failure by us to enforce a provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
