iPad vs. Netbook/Laptop..?
Hey, I have managed to convince my Mum into buying me an iPad for my birthday, but to close the deal i need to tell what the difference is between them both. I know that the iPad will not be as practical/ easy to type on as a laptop, but the sheer User interface and the fun that is involved in that, makes me want one D: She also says that i won’t be able to type properly on it for my GCSE’s (Current) and My A levels (Next Year).
Maybe it’s better to properly pay for it ._.
I need something that works not just looks fun.

I already have a laptop that gets the job done, however it is so large and heavy I do not want to take it to school trust me I have tried and myself and the laptop have not faired well. Go to best buy, if you can type well on the ipads on screen keyboard, iPad all the way. If you can’t type to well on the iPad keyboard, get the laptop. I am getting an iPad, because I cam type well on the onscreen keyboard. You could carry around the Bluetooth keyboard, but that depletes the fact of not wanting to carry around your heavy laptop.

Go with the netbook. The iPad is just one big fat iTouch. Better yet, you can buy some very reasonable Dell laptops (Yes, actual size) for the same price OR LESS. Also, iPods have battery issues where they wear away after about a year and a half.
