Is Best Buy Racist Now daughter and I are humiliated what can we do?
Yesterday,daughter and I went to best buy and looking to buy ipad. The associate bring out one and we ask for another one. They refuse to sell 2 ipad and when I ask why he radio the manager refused. They have more than a hundred ipad instock at that time. The same guy manager came out and not even talking to us, he saw us and going somewhere. We then leaving the store and I saw the manager was stalking us when we walk thought our car.
Police stoped us on the road and asking ID which is daughter and I. Police told me that best buy manager ask police to write up trespass notice for each of us. Even for my brother sleeping in the car while we went to best buy store.
Police told us they just doing their job and we should go seeking some legal advice for best buy action.
Now daughter and I are humiliated and we’re depressed.
We’re customer not criminals or thiefs. The way best buy manager treating us like we were so violent people our civil rights and racist based on us . We went to their store to buy the product not to steal it and we paying for it! Even police agreed with me that it not make senses for us to get the trespass and best buy manager using his giant corporation power to again us: Hispanic people.
The reasons for trespass written: disorderly conduct or caused a disturbance.
I’m seeking for legal advice from law firm, we’re willing to pay for legal expenses to sue that best buy store and their manager.
We’re later went to a different store and buy 4 ipad all together. We have the receipt with 4 ipad on one transaction. It showing proof that manager at best buy Bellevue are racist, violated our rights and wrongfully doing business practice.
We’re seeking to dispute the trespass notice and contact media, local news. This story had been posted within Latino’s online community. This won’t be looking good for best buy and their stock holder. If customer no longer shopping at best buy

Does it mess with your credit score if you keep opening and closing credit cards?
I opened a credit card at Walmart and bought a $400 TV. Now probably about 6 months later, I have finished off paying off the credit card. I am thinking about closing the account and then opening a new card at Best Buy to buy an Ipad. As long as I have made the payments on time and pay off everything in full before closing the card will a pattern of opening and closing credit cards mess with my credit score?
FYI… I also have a Visa card and a school loan. The Visa card I use more frequently but make the payments of more than the minimum on time every month.
Each time you apply for credit a “hard inquiry” is placed on your credit report and will remain there for 2 years. Several hard inquiries will drop your score, but it’s usually only a few points. Have you checked the prices for the iPad at Walmart; you could use that credit card and avoid an inquiry altogether. The best way to use a credit card is to keep the balance below 30% of the credit limit and pay the entire balance before the due date; this builds your credit history and usually saves interest fees. Another option is to put the iPad on hold and focus on paying off the visa. Chances are someone will have a sale closer to Christmas time and you’ll be able to get what you want for less.
Should I get the AT&T Palm Pre Plus or an Apple iPad?
When the first Palm Pre was release on Sprint I wasn’t very impressed, but later when I started watching YouTube videos I fell in love. Then when Randall Stevenson said he would like to see webOS devices on his network I was ecstatic! Then Verizon said that you would see webOS devices on their network I thought great more developers. Then Verizon announce Pre Plus and Pixi Plus having announced it before AT&T I automatically envied them. Now AT&T has announced the Pre Plus and Pixi Plus. I am SO HAPPY. I have an iPhone 3G white right now and I am just sick of the OS. I have seen OS 4 but I have had the iPhone and iPhone 3G and i just want a change. Android is too ugly to look at (without Sense UI) and I don’t want another iPhone so I thought webOS would be perfect.
There had been talk of an Apple Tablet for years. Then the iPad was released. Like a lot of people I was caught in the iPad frenzy. But then I started thinking that it really wasn’t that special. But now that all these iPad apps are coming out I am excited again. And I after seeing the web and all the things it can do I am just really impressed. Then I think Gen 2 will be better. Then I think if i always wait for the second gen I will never buy anything. And that defeats the purpose of waiting.
Why I am asking this is because my 15th birthday is coming up and I have a little over $200 saved up and my family isn’t rich but we aren’t hurting either. If i want the iPad I will have to use the $200 my dad gives me, the $200 i have, $75 from my grandparents and my mom said she would pay the rest for the 3G 16 gig model. If I get the Pre on the other hand i will spend my money on it and keep the birthday money i listed above and the money my mom would give me.
What should i do?
Get yourself a Palm Pre. Trust me you will love it. The iPad is kind of annoying when you try to type on the digital computer. It’s a good idea but needs work. Do yourself a favor and get the phone.

I have heard that music playing abilities on the HTC hero are quite poor, so I might go for the blackberry, get an iPod nano, and maybe later in the year get an iPad lol. Or I could just get a blackberry and an iPod touch … Or get an iphone to do the job of an iPad, mobile phone and iPod, but I think that iPhones are just so expensive, and are they worth £440+ on pay as you go? I could get a laptop for that! Or I could get a HTC hero ……. so as you can see I have a lot of decisions to make and I need your help hehe. I have been wondering about mobile phones for about a month now, and as my contract is going to end in about a week I need to decide. So far, I have looked at all of the possibilites, and have come up with a few options; A blackberry bold 9700. A HTC Hero, or a White iPhone 3GS. I have friends with blackberries and iphones, and I have tried them out, but I have never tried out the HTC hero, but from what I can see on the internet it seems like a pretty good phone. I might go into the shop to try it out. I do defenitely feel like a Blackberry is far more restricted than an iphone, it cant play youtube, internet browsing is very poor, and I have heard reviews that they are very poor build quality, with wobbly trackpads etc. I dont know if this is the same for the Bold 9700… I will probably not store my entire music collection on my blackberry If i got one, and so I will need to buy a new iPod too

Grown sibling rivalry: Who’s right, Who’s Wrong?
My sister and I are not speaking right now because I gave her a piece of my mind. Was I wrong to do this? Details here: Sister is 22 and I am 6 years older. Sister was in college and had only one semester to get Bacehlor’s degree when her and her boyfriend of 3 years broke up. She immediately got into another relationship with a guy who worked as a cook in a restaurant, lived with parents, had rotten teeth and smokes and drinks (which she does neither of). The new boyfriend found out about money she had left over from car accident settlement and quit his job, and drove her car while she was working and he was not. They blew the $4,000.00 on rolls of scratch off lottery tickets, computer parts for him to build computers and start his own business (never happened), got the transmission in his piece of crap truck fixed and went on trips. They also ran up money on a student loan that was in my moms name, but for my sister to use for books, car repairs or anything else. My sister dropped out of college, got pregnant, moved out and left my mom with $10,000 to pay off on her loans. My sister and her now fiance just got their first income tax money with having a kid to claim. Her fiance hasn’t showed his face around our family in over 2 months but after he got his money, he bought an IPad and came around us just to show it off. It irritated me to the bone and I emailed her later that evening and told her that her and her fiance are wrong for coming around showing off a new unnecessary expensive item when they owe my mom so much money and haven’t paid a dime of it back! She says she spent all of that money on her own and her fiance didn’t touch any of that money, but before he came into her life she NEVER spent money! She had paychecks stacked up on the kitchen counter that my dad would have to remind her to go cash them before they expire. I know he manipulated her into spending all of the money… they’re both wrong. Anyways- after i confronted her with what i had to say she told me to mind my own f—ing business and told me i was f—king mental. I was mad about them bringing around the IPad and showing it off when I know that my mom is upset about having to work a job after she’s already retired to pay off loans. Plus, knowing that my dad is mad with my mom and argues with her about putting that loan in her name when it was originally in my sister’s name.

does the iphone 4 bumper protect the phone?
I am getting the iphone 4 but I am just a little worried about keeping it safe. I have an ipod touch for 2 years and only now it is getting scratched. I do take good care of it. But I am going to be carring the iphone 4 around more. I want to get the bumper to protect it, but i am doubting that it will protect the screen and the back. Does it protect your iphone? thanks!
Yes indeed it does, to a semi-high extent. Basically, no matter HOW you drop it, the iphone 4 won’t come into direct contact with whatever it hits, AS LONG as it hits a reasonably flat surface, therefore avoiding scratches, dents, and other unfortunateness. The only way the bumper wouldn’t be effective is if you were to drop it on, lets say… a rock. If it’s the right shape and size, AND is dropped a certain way, damage can be done. But what are the odds? I say its definitely worth the buy. I also suggest the InvisibleShield. It is a bit pricey for a screen protector but oh boy, nothings damaging your screen with that guy on :p. Does the iPhone 4 bumper block out wi-fi reception?
I’ve been hearing problems with the wi-fi reception and I kind of wanted to get an iPhone 4 bumper once I get my iPhone 4, but I’m afraid that is it going to block out reception because the bumper is covering the exact area which the wi-fi is connected to.

There are now two cases on the market that offer great protection with a multi-layer approach, the Otterbox Defender and the Phone 4 Ballistic HC Series Case. I know the Otterbox is a great case and highly recommend them. the Ballistic HC case looks to also be a very good case. There are multiple YouTube video of people doing drop tests with the case and it looks pretty good.
Should I use my iPhone 4 bumper or not?
I got a free bumper for the my iPhone 4 and it’s pretty cool although I think the phone looks way better without it and its easier to hold, but the bumper prevents it from getting scratched when you put it down and protects it. What do you think?
Even though it might look better and be easier to hold without a bumper, you should really use it. You should think about resale, and the fact that it will look good for a long time with a bumper on it. The iPhone 4 attracts scratches.
