Can you get albums or songs purchased from itunes on your ipad to synch over to your macbook?
Plug your iPhone into your new Mac, open iTunes and choose File < Transfer Purchases from… in the Menu Bar. It will ask you to authorize using your AppleID and password. After making sure that everything is in your new iTunes library, choose your phone on the sidebar, choose what to sync, and sync it. You will get a message indicating that all the information will be erased, but that's okay, because you have just finished transferring your stuff to that computer.

I have no idea how to do so…
you cant sort photos into albums on your ipad. you have to sort in on your laptop and sync your ipad on itunes
How do you delete whole albums from your iPad photos?
You cannot delete or manage Photo albums directly on the iPad.
You need to manage your photo albums using iTunes and then sync to make the changes to your iPad.
How to make different photo albums on my iPad?
When I’m on my iPad and I go to my photos you have the choice of Photos or Albums. When I go to Albums it doesn’t give me a choice to make new albums. Are you able to make different albums, and if yes how?

Its a shame that you cant make photo albums on any apple (not computer) but here is how i figured it out:
1. Plug in ipad to computer (itunes should automatically open, if not you need to install it)
2. there will be a side bar, under iPod (or Ipad, i have an ipod) there should be music, videos, apps,pictures. Click pictures,
3. There will be something that says Upload images.
4. Click it, it will make albums depending on the folders that you have.
Example:
You have two folders named “Wallpapers” and “Vacation” when you finish downloading them there will be 3 folders: the same folder that automatically comes with your ipad, Wallpapers, And vacations.
PS: if you download videos they should be located in the video app.
Its a little confusing i know i havent done it in a while but i hope this helps!

To create albums with the default photos app you must attach your iPad to your computer and set it to sync images from a particular folder. Any subfolder within that folder becomes an album on the device. Unfortunately it will not let you create or manage albums on the iPad itself.
I have seen alternative photo viewers which apparently do give you the ability organize pics right on the device, though have yet to personally try any of them out.
