The long awaited iPhone 5 4s is here.

It seems after much speculation and anticipation the iPhone 4s is finally released.

Rumours of an low-cost iPhone 5 for between $300 and $400 are spreading around. It could be named “iCloud iPhone” or “iPhone Mini”.

Now we know. No low-cost iPhone this Time. We´ll have to wait another year for that.

 

iPhone 4 Specs:

The iPhone 4 sports a 5 megapixel camera, so I’m expecting that the iPhone 4s has a rear-facing 8MP dual-LED flash camera. However, this isn’t really “awesome”, since most of the high-end Android smartphones come with an 8MP camera. Along with that, the iPhone 4s is expected to have a front-facing camera for video chatting.

iPhone 4s will house the A5 as the main processor, which technically is the same chip that currently powers the iPad 2. The A5 contains a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU with NEON SIMD accelerator and a dual core PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU, which means that the iPhone5 can do twice the work at once. The processor speed will be somewhere between 1.2 to 1.5 GHz, with probably a 1GB RAM.

The iPhone4s is expected to have the iCloud service.

Apple’s iPhone 4s is expected to feature the new iCloud service for wireless remote access of music from all computers and mobile devices.

iPhone 4s: Voice Recognition Siri

Apple acquired a voiced-based personal assistant service Siri last year and has not used it much at all, at least that we know of. Apple may be integrating this service on the new iPhone to allow for voice recognition.

At first, many people thought that Apple was going to keep the design of the iPhone 5 identical or extremely close to the iPhone 4. However, numerous pictures of new iPhone cases have been released, which in no way could hold the previous versions of the iPhone. Therefore, it is safe to say the iPhone 5 has been redesigned.

iPhone 5: Better Camera

While Apple did improve the camera with the iPhone 4, it is expected that the camera on the iPhone 5 will be upgraded further. Many experts believe the screen will be larger, the camera will be 8 megapixels instead of 5, and the iPhone 5 will allow for full 1080p recording.

iPhone 5: Faster Performance

To keep up with competitors, Apple most likely will be upgrading the RAM on the iPhone 5. We rely on smartphones extensively so it only makes sense that Apple would have upgraded the speed and performance of the new iPhone.
